The roles and responsibilities of the Clinic Director fall under several different categories. This position may be filled by either a doctor, pharmacist or a nurse. Preferred qualifications include a strong command of Spanish, medical training, management and human resource skills.

Administration

  • General coordination of medicine, staff and consultations of the three homes (boys, girls and babies).
  • Supervision of staff working in the clinics.
  • Weekly meetings with all medical staff to resolve problems, conflicts, and improve communication and coordination within the department.

External Consultations

  • General coordination of medicine, staff and consultations of the three homes (boys, girls and babies).
  • Supervision of staff working in the clinics.
  • Weekly meetings with all medical staff to resolve problems, conflicts, and improve communication and coordination within the department.
  • Organize all external specialist consultations and requisitions for transportation.
  • Coordinate and make lists of children that need to be seen by specialists.

Donations
